Pets are welcome, limit 2 pets per apartment home with no weight limit nor breed restriction. Pets 25lbs or under are a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee, Pets over 25lbs are a $500 one-time non-refundable pet fee, with $25 monthly pet rent, per pet. Pets must be authorized and added to the lease before coming onsite.
Smoking indoors, breezeways, patios or any common area is strictly prohibited- use or possession of any burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited tobacco or non-tobacco product (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, hookahs, pipes, marijuana). • Applies regardless of whether smoke is inhaled or exhaled. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas marked by signage, and must be at least 25 feet from any building if no specific distance is stated.
